What are the MAD opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 17:00 to 20:30
Saturday: from 10:00 to 21:30
Sunday: from 10:00 to 20:30

How long does the visit take?
The recommendation to fully enjoy the MAD immersive experience is 90 minutes. However, you can stay on the premises as long as you want.
How far in advance should I arrive?
We recommend you arrive at MAD 5 to 10 minutes before the time of your visit. This speeds up entry as much as possible and avoids crowds.
Is it necessary to enter the visit exactly on time?
Yes, it is important to achieve a friendly public traffic and to avoid crowds.
Where can I buy my tickets?
On the official ticket MAD sales website, entradas.com and El Corte Inglés.
Viagogo, Stubhub, Ticketbis are not official. They are resale channels where we do not recommend buying. You can also buy them at our box office, in Nave 16, at Matadero Madrid.
Can I buy my tickets without choosing the entrance time?
If you want to enjoy an immersive experience at MAD but have not yet decided the time or day, we recommend you purchase a gift card. You can redeem it, choosing the day and time, whenever you wish, as long as there is availability. By company policy, if you buy a regular ticket with a selected session, you will not be able to make subsequent changes.
Can I return or change my tickets?
Yes, when you buy your ticket you can choose the change service, which has an additional cost of €2.50.
If you are not interested in this option, there will be no possibility to change. Tickets can be changed up to 7 days before the event.
Due to company policy, no refunds are made except for reasons of force majeure or duly justified health reasons.
Can I have the tickets on my mobile?
I bought a ticket online and I didn't get the email confirmation. What can I do?
First of all, check your spam folder. If you don’t find the confirmation email, please call us on 91 159 23 17 or write to atencionclientes@madridartesdigitales.com to find a solution.
Is the space suitable for a person in a wheelchair or with reduced mobility?
Yes, MAD facilities are wheelchair and stroller accessible. For more information about the accessibility of our spaces, please contact us at atencionclientes@madridartesdigitales.com
Is the exhibition safe for a person with epilepsy?
I wear glasses. Can I wear the virtual reality goggles?
Can photos be taken inside MAD?
Yes, as long as they are taken without a flash. It is a unique and wonderful memory and we will be delighted if you share it on your social networks.
